Q When do I receive my Alliance Bank deposit account statements?

The following accounts receive monthly statements: Customer First Checking, Affordable Checking, Insured Money Market, Premier Money Market and Statement Savings. For your convenience, we automatically combine your deposit accounts into one statement.

Q When will an incoming wire be credited to my account and what is the fee?

Wires received on a business day before 4:00 PM EST will be credited that day while wires received after 4:00 PM EST will be credited the next business day. Incoming wires are accessed a $10 processing fee.

Q How do I send an outgoing domestic wire?

Visit one of our nine branches and complete a wire transfer form. Wires submitted on a business day before 3:00 PM EST will be transmitted that day. Wires received after 4:00 PM EST will be sent the next business day. Outgoing domestic wires are accessed a $15 processing fee.

Q Do you provide a Debit MasterCard?

Yes, all checking account customers can receive a Debit MasterCard. Simply complete an application at your nearest branch and your card will be mailed within 10 business days

Q Do you charge customers for ATM services?

No, Alliance Bank does not charge a fee to customers for withdrawing funds from the ATM.  However, the ATM owner may assess a surcharge.
