Home Equity Line of Credit - Owner Occupied 1-2 Family
Alliance Bank Home Equity Line of Credit is a credit line with monthly principal and interest payments collected over a 15-year period. The interest rate may be as low as Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Prime * with a floor (minimum) rate of 4.50%. The annual percentage rate (APR) may increase or decrease over the life of the loan. The maximum APR that may be charged is 18.00%.

As of December 17, 2008, the WSJ Prime Rate is 3.25%.
