Dennis D. Cirucci currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer
and Director of Alliance Bank. Since joining Alliance Bank in 1983, Mr. Cirucci
has served in various positions including Executive Vice President, Treasurer and
Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Cirucci worked for Deloitte
& Touche where he was a national industry specialist on financial institutions.
Mr. Cirucci is committed to growing Alliance Bank's market share in Delaware County
and leading the Bank's expansion in Chester County. He will continue to develop the
Bank's products and services to meet the needs of businesses and consumers in this
market. Mr. Cirucci has been responsible for the development of the data processing
of the Bank to a state of the art online system. He has been the leader in developing our
PC Banking system ALLIANCEANYTIME, allowing our customers 24 hour access to their
banking from any PC. He has also been largely responsible for integrating the
marketing efforts of the Bank and has developed a strong brand image that is highly
recognized in the Delaware Valley.
Mr. Cirucci is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the state of
Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cirucci is a
graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Accounting. He is also a member of the
Financial Managers Society of which he was president of the Philadelphia Chapter in
1990 –1991 and the Chairman of the National Regulations Committee in 1991 and 1992.
His outside interests include classic cars, motorcycles, theatre and golf.
